Yesterday I used MLK day to take advantage of my free personal training session at Equinox. I met with Ksenia (the K is silent) at 3 and we started with a 500m warmup on the rowing machine. Ksenia had all my info from Danielle so she knew what I wanted to focus on. We chatted a lot during the workout, both about sports and just regular life. Update on the Equinox Conundrum, I joined through my office and got a decent discount. I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I decided I would make it work.
