Since I’ve set the goal to reincorporate more strength training into my workouts I’ve been looking for new and exciting workouts. Enter pinterest! I’ve been pinning tons of stuff and one board I started is workouts. Fortunately, I can access it all on my phone, allowing me to get in all the workouts and not kill trees! Last week I did an arm pyramid and then a leg toning pyramid. Though these were mostly workouts I know, the way they were approached was different and I really liked the challenge.
