• I have been the worst healthy living blogger EVER lately! Work has been insane and with my birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, designing invitations for family and friends, watching tonnns of football and fitting in fitness, I haven’t had the time to write about it. My apologies. On a positive note, in addition to all of these responsibilities, B and I have added a wonderful little addition to our lives. Little Miss Sady Shamrock is our new Boxer/Hound puppy and we love her to death! I can’t wait til she’s a bit older and we can actually run together. However, she’s also taken a bit of time away from blogging, though clearly I’ve found time to blog from her point of view! I hope to get back on it as I have a few races coming up. Fortunately, my routine has stayed pretty consistent and I’ve been keeping up with my workouts. I haven’t been running a ton, but with January on the horizon, I plan to. Stay tuned friends!

run cahill run

This blog served as my day-to-day training record for the New York City Marathon with a little bit about how I have fun in the city. I finished my first marathon in 4:17:48 and had the time of my life. I also raised over $2000 for Camp Casey. Post marathon this blog will follow just some of my continued healthy endeavors and races and will provide me with a place to record great running articles, quotes or facts I read. Enjoy!
