• This is a terrible photo of what was a delicious and healthy dessert. I found this recipe for Pumpkin Bread Pudding and it was so simple and delicious. I mixed it up at my apt and brought it over to B’s where his roommate M had been making an incredible Turkey stew for a few days. After the warm, hearty stew, we dove into the Pumpkin Bread Pudding. I was pleased that the bread absorbed the liquid and the top got a nice crisp to it. Since milk and I don’t get along too well I replaced it with vanilla almond milk. The extra flavor added a richness to the dish that milk doesn’t seem to do.

This blog served as my day-to-day training record for the New York City Marathon with a little bit about how I have fun in the city. I finished my first marathon in 4:17:48 and had the time of my life. I also raised over $2000 for Camp Casey. Post marathon this blog will follow just some of my continued healthy endeavors and races and will provide me with a place to record great running articles, quotes or facts I read. Enjoy!
